1 Year - 12 Month - 365 Day Warranty with all of our products
We believe in our products. We are confident that your adult toys will work because we’ve put in the time and effort to test each model rigorously before it’s displayed. So with confidence, we offer you a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. You must register your product by filling out the form below within two weeks of receiving the shipment to qualify for our warranty.
Additionally, please send an email to info@pumpyjoy.com with your full name, order number, shipping address, and a short video of the malfunction to qualify for a warranty replacement. Please note that the warranty does NOT cover water damage to items.
